BTC Beef Cheek with Mushroom Ravioli in Biz on SIN-CGK. Taste wise I was told (only a small sample bite was shared :() the beef cheeks were pretty soft as should be and the ravioli "okay" though a tad on the dried out side, maybe due to the reheating. More sauce, some olive oil would have been nice. Pretty okay though overall.
