BTC Duck Confit on SIN-CGK. Well, taste wise it was actually pretty decent and the meat was well seasoned and came easily off the bone. Just don't expect the skin to be anything resembling crispy. It was soft, soggy and still quite fatty underneath so I just scraped it off. The sides of lentils, white bean and savoy cabbage worked well for me.
