Weren't we promised a new improved SEA site? Yes, they've added more information to it and it's a tad more current than it used to be. But it's still very difficult to navigate.

Just checked and it appears the project completion date is set for mid-December . . . I would guess that you should look for the new site to be up and running by Jan 2004.

I have to agree a redesign is long overdue!

Hmm... seauaflyer, does this mean that you have some inside info? Has the Port had any focus group meetings on the site? And if not, do you think they'll have any user feedback before they unleash it?

Looks like the new site will go public in mid-December. My understanding is that there has been user testing and some e-mail surveys of frequent site users; I have not seen the new design so I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed that it is an improvement.

The new site has not gone "public" yet but you can find it on-line at mmm.portseattle.org (yes, those are "m's"!)

hmm... must be currently offline. the mmm.portseattle.org host doesn't resolve to an IP address. Guess we'll have to wait a bit longer.

Yup... it works. Cleaner design, same information. Wish there was a lot more stuff--particularly on construction.
