Virgin Pricing Errors
 
If you are booking a Virgin flight tonight, watch out for pricing errors. Apparently they are having some issues with GST calculation at the moment, and they are not sure when it actually started and how many customers it have impacted. Being a newbie, I could not attach an image. But if you try on their website MEL-CBR 4th May, 7AM and 6:30 PM return same day, you can reproduce the issue. I got fares as 234.58 + 612.95 , but the total was 903.99

Another tale of failing VA's IT infrastructure. I love flying with VA but hate the experience of booking or interacting with their IT systems.

Generally I'd agree with the IT stuff. It's less user friendly than other airlines websites I use.

Their new app is an improvement though! For apple at least.

A new app version was recently released with a few extra features, but all in all, still rather basic.
