Day passes, and upgrades
Sorry if these are newbie questions, I rarely fly VS :
- Is it possible to buy a day pass for the clubhouses at IAD/LHR? If so, what is the cost?
- Does anyone know the likely cost to upgrade on the day from PE to UC IAD-LHR? Is it possible to upgrade over the phone, much like GoEnvoy on US?

I do not think you can buy day passes for the LHR & IAD clubhouses. If you had a BD*G card ( BD only ) you would have access at LHR if flying VS.
I do not think you can upgrade over the phone for upgrading , you will have to do it at the ticket desk. The cost could be up to £600 o/w IIRC but it has been a while since I did this.
