Can anyone point me to the current policy? I can't find it under terms and conditions. Many thanks!

Just to confirm with the more knowledgeable members of this forum, before I make a hasty points booking for a round trip to HK in U/C (taking advantage of the 50% off black friday sale); Nothing's changed with regards to cancellations etc? Is it still just a £30 cancellation charge, and all other fees, charges and points are refunded?

Correct, £30 cancellation per passenger, per ticket. Everything else refunded.

Is it easy enough to cancel a points/reward ticket.... can it be done online?

As of late last year no. You had to use WhatApp, Text or phone in. Also for what it is worth I have been getting full refunds even when I cancel proactively.
