Status points not resetting
 

Just logged into my account and saw that my status points haven't reset for the year. Is anybody else seeing the same thing? Thanks!

Check on their app. It will be more accurate.

I just checked my account. My status points have not reset yet either.

Based on what happened last year, it usually takes a few days for them to reset points...basically to avoid someone being right on the edge of status and then losing status because a flight on 12/30 or 12/31 doesn't post in a timely manner. IIRC they sort of "hold the door" for most of the first week of the year.

As a good example, my last flight was on 12/29 but my status points did not show up until this morning.
