United.com online booking bonus for all itineraries?
 

I booked three Aloha Airlines flights on united.com thinking I would get the 1,000 UAL mile online booking bonus and 500 miles for each of my Aloha flights. It's been four weeks since my flights, and I received no internet booking bonus and only miles for one of my Aloha flights. I emailed United customer service who said they did not have access to my itineraries even though I booked them through united.com, so they could not credit my miles. They also said I was ineligible for the online bonus because I booked Aloha flights. I emailed them back that the website says 1,000 miles for any online booking. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get my missing points? Thanks for your help!

You only get the booking bonus miles for United or United Express flights. From the UA website:

Earn 1,000 Mileage Plus® bonus miles every time you purchase travel at united.com. Simply complete a roundtrip United® or United Express® flight purchased at united.com and receive 1,000 bonus miles in addition to your flight miles.
