Eupgrade summary on UAL.com not working?
I get the following message for the past 5 days:
Sorry, your request can not be processed at this time. Please resubmit your request later. Mileage Plus Customer Service: 1-800-421-4655. Anyone having the same problem? -Adam |

Works for me both from my mileage summary page and from the link above.

It doesn't work from the summary page for me either. It hasn't worked for a while (over 3 weeks)
I figured they laid off most of the people that do their web site coding, so it will be a while before it gets fixed. |
Whole bunch of folks in last few days have checked that section of statements and posted to the current Rudi HK49 Q3 thread, and have seen them there, and seen them removed, and no-one has reported a glitch in accessing the data.

My ability to access the e-upgrade summary page comes and goes. Also seems to tbe the cause with my HK-49's. First they are there, then gone.
Web support reports they have a technical problem they are working on regarding the inability to access the summary. |
