I'd have to say all of Row 3 is fabulous on that plane because the bulkhead is simply that little quarter curtain and there's a ton of room between Row 3 and Row 2.

On the CR7 is where 3C is really the prima donna seat.

True, nothing is better than F but... when I am being econmical with my e500's, I'm not going to waste it on F class for a 60 minute E170 flight when I can get bulkhead coach on that plane.

There's not going to be a significant difference between F and Y on a 1.5 hr flight.

I'll take 1A over Row 3.

But I'll take Row 3 over the rest of F, even though the snack box sure comes in handy sometimes.
