finding GA at IAD?
Hey folks,
Thought I'd tap into your collective wisdom to help my faulty memory.
In October there was a phenomenal United GA that handled my VDB. She really was the epitome of grace under fire: Full flight, tons of people without assigned seats, a new employee working the gate with her that was constantly asking her questions....this woman was multi-tasking like a champ, and doing it with really a great attitude.
We VDBers hung back while she closed the flight, then she invited us into the RCC to print out our vouchers and get us re-booked. She gave us drink chits and invited us to relax while she took care of the details. In addition to taking care of the flight, she gave us truly first-rate service (with the blessing of her supervisor, who escorted us in.)
As a direct result of the vouchers due to this GA's efforts, we are eloping over Christmas. We'll be flying out of IAD that day to Italy. I would really, really like to bring her a little "thank you/Happy holidays/keep up the great work" gift.
The problem is, I don't remember her name.
I knew her name at one point. I e-mailed United CR about this GA from the RCC, about how helpful and professional she was in this stressful situation, and mentioned her by name.
Is there any way for someone at CR to pull up that e-mail and tell me her name? And once I clear that hurdle, how do I find out if she's working on the 24th? Or can I just leave something for her at the RCC or somewhere (and hope she gets it!)??
Any other ideas on how I might be able to find her without having the staff at IAD think I'm some crazed stalker????
Many thanks!

This is a dumb question, but you don't file outgoing e-mail?

clarification
I sent CSR the message through United's website where you fill in all these fields. Since it was sent through their system, and I have no way to access it. I also ticked "no reply needed" so have no way to track back to that particular note.

Maybe if you speak to a SD at IAD they will have the schedules for back than. I have seen some of the same agents over and over again at IAD. A walk between C/D at 4 PM should do the trick
