Two FF #'s On The Reservation, Which is Which?

When I go to my itins, and go to my brothers reservation, it has two FF #'s. His Mileage Plus (2P) and his BMI DC # (Gold). Mileage Plus is first and BD is second.

Which will accrue miles? Will he be considered "Star Alliance Gold"?

Search on FQTS and FQTV, these are the two fields for FF numbers
Not sure which appears first or second on My Itinenaries
May need to call to verify

FQTS (Frequent Traveler Status) field need to be MP# to get E+ access
FQTV (Frequent Traveler V???? for mileage credit) field set to appropriate program to earn miles/status

I understand the FQTV/FQTS, but the reservations agents I have spoken with don't. Both numbers have been entered, but I just don't know which is which.

Also, on a side note, which number should appear on the BP, FQTV or FQTS? Or Both?
