Rudi - Shhh! about the 'upgrade trick' they'll catch on.

just received my latest Prem Exec statement today (June 1), at my HKG address...sent yesterday (May 31) from HKG...has the May 1999 update included with it (seems they have tried really hard to at least send the May update out on the last day of the month ?? http://talk.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif )...but the statement covers the period January 29 to March 26...a 2-month delay...

nonetheless, seems a big improvement already...I used to get, for example, September update in late November...

We are both Premiers and our statements for the period ended April 16 arrived June 1.
Couldn't they sell a few more promos to stuff in with the statements and mail them 1st Class?

My girlfriend (Premier) received her 12 Mar - 16 Apr statement yesterday (Bulk Rate). Once again this lowly 1K still awaits his statement by First Class mail. http://talk.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif SF1K received his on May 24th. Tedhl (PE) and Mountain Trader (Premier) got theirs on June 1st. I sure would like to know why I always get mine about 2 weeks after everyone else. Is it something I said United?

At least you wait only 2 weeks Premex.

I'm lower in rank than a lot of you and I am very nice to United... and I generally get mine every 3-5 weeks and generally two or three at once.

All I want are my upgrade certifcates and that ALL my miles get credit.

PremEx status is looming in the distance. I can see the light.

Received my statement yesterday (June 5th). No upgrades (should have been 4 sets included). Can only hope they have mailed them separately. If not, another call to MP begging for what's owed me. http://talk.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif
