Says he who has a Psion Series 5 somewhere. Admittedly, I would like a iPhone version as i'm in the queue for one on Friday morning.... |
No.. If I was really making a comment I'd be talking about lack of support for Apple Newtons :p (and yes I do have one at base - I boot it up once and again just to remind myself how bad writing is).
I've been running the *A timetable on different Windows Mobile devices for some time, and I'm just a sucker for the "Add to Calender" function thats in it ^ (which they can't even do in the desktop software I should add) Admittedly (so everyone is happy) a single offline database of the *A/UA/LH flights, then plug in your own search engine via a open source software.. That would be nice. However, I'm just getting a call from Flying Pig airways... :D |
... and it seems BA (yes - British Airways) has beaten everyone to the punch and released an iPhone application
See: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=843475 Now if BA can write an app... anyone can :p |
While, like everyone else, i'm waiting for the mac version of the schedule, and an iPhone version, here's a link that provides some hope. You can run all your last century palm apps on an iPhone! (including one would suspect, the Palm Star Alliance tool)
