Prior to the trip, you coordinate where/when to meet, possibly exchange cell phone #s, at least exchange names so you can ask the RCC rep to page the person you're looking for ... enjoy

I'm continually impressed with the ideas and systems in this place. I love to escape the madness of the airport to a relaxed lounge. I'm flying UA Oct 7 and have 1.5 hours in ORD @ 10a. I'll definitely check back and see if anyone's willing to help. I'd love to help down the road if I can but am limited to the Plat. AX, and AC lounges.

I'm not sure of your abbreviations - is AC for air canada? If you have an MLL membership and are flying UA, you likely can get into the RCC - check the terms of membership. If it was reversed (regardless of elite status), I'm 99% certain I would have access to the MLL. Just a thought.
