How do you get an e-receipt?
When I try to view/print an e-receipt on .bomb it just brings me to a useless page showing one leg of my trip and no actual "receipt" information (conf #, itin, amount paid, etc.). And that's only if it doesn't return an error.
I can use my confirmation emails but they can end up being multiple pages. Is there any way to get a receipt other than printing one at the airport? Am I the only one having problems with this on .bomb? Thanks |

FWIW, I just print the confirmation, and for printing preferences select page 1-1 (instead of "print all"), that saves from all the rules, car rental offers, etc. |
Just pull up your itinerary, click on "view e-receipt" and then print it. I just checked one of mine, and it works fine.

My e-receipts for current itineraries (i.e. those not flown yet) always work. It's the past ones that don't really work for me.

Yesterday I tried to print an e-receipt for an itinerary which finished 2 weeks ago.
Got message "System error. To get a receipt, email your ticket details to UA refunds." Which I did, and immediately got an automated reply "Your refund :confused: will take us 7-10 days, so do not email us again before that time." I dont know if the e-receipt would have worked while the itinerary was still live. |
I am able to pull up past receipts going back 9months and print them. No problem here.
