Problems with UA Website
 

Anybody else having trouble getting into the MP portion of the UA website? I'm trying to see if my 1K lite status has kicked in. I've been trying to get in since about 5am MT. (jet lag from China yesterday)

Yes, I just tried to access my itineraries but no luck. This happens frequently. The site has a lot of problems.

I'm flying through IAD today and it looks to be a mess.

Also can't get in from NL - login just times out.

FYI, the wait/delay time on Wash. DC TV-4 this morning for IAD as 999.
Sorry I didn't post this sooner. The weather people are calling for 12 plus inches in the area. They are hedging because of past snafus in this area; some non-experts say it will be closer to 24-30 inches.
BWI was listed as closed and DCA was operating with limited service, whatever that means. Good Luck and bring snacks etc.

(Updated) 9:39AM), still down, HOWEVER if you go to the main www.united.com then click "My Itineraries" and login from their you can access all MP/itinerary areas. Seems logging in via the login on the main page is a problem.

Is anyone else having trouble accessing ual.com? The home page displays only the Fare Finder, Flight Status, and Mileage Summary boxes. The links that used to display below these are missing.

I did manage to retrieve my mileage summary, but when I tried to access any of the links from that page, they all took me back to the home page.

Yes, and no way to get to 'my itineraries' either. Everything takes you back to the abbreviated entry page.

They took their whole site down without notice. Very unprofessional.

UA's website is has been down for at least the last half hour for me. Others?

No problems for me, but I'm on the east coast. During some past site outages, website response has been location-dependent.

The website seems to always work for me no matter when and where I hit it.

By the way, did anyone figure out why the FT site was having problems a while back? It seemed like it was only the United part that would slow down--I could use other parts of FT.
