Well, neither LX or OS offer a *G pax travelling in Y a lounge option. If I was Senator within LH group then there are options at SAS Lounge and Gold Lounge.

I was traveling on SN in J and only allowed on the bottom (business) level. Did not matter that I had Star Gold (and SK Gold).
