Not receiving UAMP promo/program update emails
 

• I used to get UAMP emails
• I want to continue to receive them but they seem to all have stopped.
• Fiends get them and fwd them to me.
• I have checked preferences on website. All seems correctly set up
• I have checked spam/junk folders
• I occasionally get United Packages emails <[email protected]>
• I get all UA itinerary-related personal emails (at the same address at which I am registered for bulk mailings

Any suggestions for me to correct this gratefully received.

Same for me and it’s been that way since the merge.
I’ve tried everything but gave up years ago.
I figure anything important I’ll read it on FT.

I'm in the same boat. 2.5 million miles and they can't figure out how to send me an email (except, thankfully, flight bookings.) I called everyone and tried everything. I have given up. LMK if you find the secret solution!

well, they don't really have much in the way of promos anymore .. so you're not missing much.

The last promo email I received from UA must have been a little bit after the merger. No matter what I do, I’m in the same boat and can’t get the emails. But my wife gets the emails so I can see the promos via her. I didn’t get any emails when approaching and then crossing a MM threshold. So curious if there is in fact a fix.

I do not even get program updates. Like new rules for 2023 etc.

Like others say - thank goodness for FT and good friends. I learn of them there.
