weird wording when I click on “upgrade confirmed”
I used a rpu for this segment and when u click on upgrade confirmed it says this “Your request for PZ class has been confirmed. We are processing your reservation and expect it to be completed shortly. We appreciate your patience.”

Did you get a seat assignment? Were you able to change seat in the first class cabin? You need to call 1K lines if something has messed up on your reservation.

Standard when the system is in the middle of validating the upgrade, and I have seen it randomly in what is probably a text display glitch. If it doesn't go away in an hour or two and/or your upgrade doesn't look like it processed I'd call it in.
