If you really want a PDF route map, here's a workaround.
  1. Follow this link to Ink's United page --> https://ink-global.com/partners/united-airlines
  2. Under Hemispheres, click
    View Print Edition
  3. Click on the thumbnail cover of the issue you want (most likely the latest one)
  4. Once the issue loads, click on the Download icon in the toolbar (looks like an arrow heading down into a bin; it's to the right of the i.)
  5. Let the individual page thumbnails load.
  6. Scroll down to near the end - wherever the route map pages are - and select those by clicking on the white checkmark for each thumbnail (selected thumbnails turn blue). In the September 2017 edition you want pages 253-257.
  7. Click Download.
  8. Wait a bit.
  9. Once the site reports "Your PDF is ready", click on the link provided to open.
