You've got to give her credit - totally smooth launch of the bag, perfect form on the slide, a calm pick up of the carry on - and then just walk away. Very James Bond... To do what she did really takes some cohones and I love it!

Happened to me once on a 757 upon arrival (I believe IAD, but could have been ORD). As a result, everyone had to deplane through 1L instead of 2L. One of the few if only times I have used 1L on a 757.

I believe this was an accident by the FA, nothing intentional, but I was in F so didn't see what was happening behind the bulkhead.

She obviously had simply had enough and made a grand exit. :D

Yep, it's hard to care less than a corporation and remain peaceful. Exiting through 1R left 1L usable so pax weren't substantially inconvenienced.
