The big soup vat was noticeably missing yesterday Sunday 11/22 at around 2pm. No soup showed up during the hour I was in the club. I hope it comes back. I'll check back later this week.

Does this new United club at Atlanta has a shower? I have a looong layover before my next flight and I was planning to spending time at either this club or at the delta skylounge in international terminal which I know has well detailed showers.

No showers in this club. You have to go to a DL lounge or The Club at ATL.

Lady said today it was two weeks til the self-serve beer tap goes in. No word on alcohol options beyond that.

Apparently the soup makes an appearance daily at 3pm.

tried to search for this. it came up with no results. any one have any reviews/experience at the 13 nov opened atl united club?

any updates on whether there is beer/wine/liquor?

answering my own question having gone to atl united club today, 11 dec.

i called twice on 10 dec to united club service center. i was told, "yes, they have self-serve beer, wine, and champagne." i verified, "this info is current?"

"yes, we just directly called the ATL club."

i got there today and they have none of this. they "might, in a week or two."

As an MBA, I can totally see some of my ops consultant friends see bathrooms as a big expense that could be streamlined to increase budget in some other area. As a traveler my perspective pivots. Hopefully Oscar can somehow fix this pattern.

Anybody know when ATL gets a license to serve alcohol?

Very perplexing; UC on D Concourse had one for 10+ years.

We were there this AM. i saw no sign of any booze, but it was 10am.

Pretty nice club though. As you'd expect on 12/26, the place was far from full.

I was there from 8 to 8:45 PM and had the Club to myself, the staff were also very nice and offered to let me take as much food as I wanted to go with me as the Club was closing. I did ask about the liquor license and the agent said they have no idea when they'll get one :(
