I recently had to wait for PQD to post after I made a routing change. All on UA: DCA-EWR-PEK to IAD-SFO-PEK.

I flew on Oct 7 SIN-NRT-IAH-MEM. Still waiting for PQD to post. I called and was told it would take another two weeks. That's 6 weeks to post. The CSR said that if I added the fare and the international surcharge, I'd be close. I said, I really didn't want to find out I was $10 short of 1K. Oh well. I think I'll be OK, but I'd really like to have it in black and white.

yup, if ticket is on 016 ticket stock then it is eligible. Expedia does not matter here at all. If all flights are LH flights then you have a 220 ticket and that does not get you any PQD.
I have seen LH flights come back as ineligible on 016 tickets and had to get that manually adjusted.

Yes, this happens very frequently. Every mixed itinerary I have flown on an 016 with an LH operated flight has failed to post PQDs properly. The main PQD thread suggests that there is a programming conflict between LH and UA on whether ticket numbers are read "016" instead of "16".

The fact that they STILL have not fixed this is embarrassing.
