I haven't been able to see my recent activities for a couple of weeks now. The total miles appear to be correct.

I have no activity on my account this morning when I logged in to book a flight. UA's one-upping Delta. Instead of having a new complex revenue-based mileage system, UA is making things simpler for their customers. Mileage roulette! No activity for customers to track! UA will now dole out miles as they see fit! |
Website maintenance (either planned or unplanned) - happens every now and then, on all websites.
Probably not worth all the "!"s ;) |
About 2 days ago my account said this for a few hours. It still showed all current miles/$ etc.

Whenever it happens to me I log out and log back in and the activity re-appears.

All activity since 4/1 gone
Despite multiple flights and non-flight activity since 4/1 that previously appeared, My Account on UA.sux now says:
You have not earned or used miles recently. Miles earned from flying United or United Express® will typically credit to your account within 48 hours after travel is completed. Miles earned with other airlines and partners may take longer to credit to your account. and my Activity Since My Last Statement > reflects the same. I assume this is some weekend glitch that UA will fix in a few days, but I'm never sure. SHARES and the PMCO website, you're not winning awards any time soon. |

This happens to me frequently. Pretty sure it's always at night and it's always fine the next day.
