What is the minimum EQMs earned per segment

In pmUA, I recall that the minimum EQMs that you earned on one flight segment was 500.

Is this still the case with COdbaUA?

I used the website mileage calculator for SFO-SNA, and it shows 372 miles per segment. Is that the amount I will receive?

If you are premier anything on UA, you will get 500 mile minimum EQMs. If not, you will get 372.

MileagePlus > Earn Miles > United Airlines

All Premier members earn a minimum of 500 award miles and 500 Premier status miles on United and United Express flights

Thanks, all. Funny, I entered my FF status (Premier Gold) into the calculator, but it still said 372 EQM.

Anyway, that's great that I'll get 1000 EQMs for those RT flights. I have some mileage runs ahead of me. I usually use WN for that route, but from SJC.

i have found the mileage calculator to be a piece of garbage. if you have status, you get 500 miles per segment on ua operated flights.

The calculator has had that problem for as long as I can remember, well back into PMCO days. Given the bug does not benefit the customer (nor, fortunately, hurt the customer!), it is not going to be high up UA's list of things to fix: they've got to first take care of 4 RDM awards to HKG, clawing back "Map Your Nightmares" bonus miles, and eventually stripping incorrectly-awarded premium cabin bonuses for upgraded flights (I'm wagering on 12/31 for that to happen).

1 year later, still not fixed...

I'm looking at mileage run trip when I'm back in the US next month and the calculator on the UA website is useless and I need to make sure I end up with enough miles.

One of the segments is AUS - IAH. If I purchase a "P" fare basis, do I get the 50% bonus on 500 mile min and get 750 pqm for that segment?

The calculator says i get 250 which i know is incorrect.

milecalc.com does a good job of calculating the actual miles you'll get. you can set up airline/minimum miles/status/booking class.

This browser script also does a great job of showing you actual miles you'll earn directly on the United website. You have to configure it with your status level.

How many PQM does a non-Status MP member get from SFO-RNO (192 flight miles)? Is it 192 or 250? The flight calculator on UA.com says 250, but milescalc says 192. Believe it or not, the difference is whether or not my son makes Silver for 2014!
