I had no problem finding some for New Year's Eve. There is ample stock at the two Tom Thumb (Safeway) stores nearby, as well as Albertson's and Target.

Yeah, that was two months ago. Was in short supply for a while.

Do you mean the UA MP Explorer Visa?

No, EWR Term C was pasted with new adverts for the MileagePlus Club Visa (Comming Soon). Didn't see Presidential Plus Adverts anywhere.

More lameness from the bean counters at CO. Blame chase all you want but this just smells bad.

It will end when a critical mass of flyers leave for other airlines, that will teach UA.

One can only hope. Unfortunately, flying has been commoditized so much that I don't think it's going to change until airlines realize they need to give us reasons TO fly their airlines, not reasons to leave.

A million little cuts...

Sounds like what we say internally about my employer: "[redacted] will step over a sawbuck to pick up a nickel."

Are you kidding me?

Two weeks ago, my jaw dropped on a NRT-SFO when breakfast was served in Y. The only item on the tray other than the entree box of eggs, a sausage and a hashbrown triangle was a roll. Not a yogurt cup. Not a piece of fruit. Not even a butter or a jam. Absolutely nothing occupying the rest of the tray but a lousy roll. I shrugged it off thinking may be there was a catering mistake.

I just came back from the same segment the other day. The same breakfast.
And the mid-flight snack? A bag-let of pretzels. Mercy, UA isn't the only TPAC carrier when I have to suffer the Y in the future.

Vote with your feet. There are MANY, better carriers out there who would love your business. But make sure you let Jeffie know why you're leaving...and the Board of Directors.
