Thank you JapesUK for a fascinating TR once again. I've only just read this as we have just returned from our trip to the southern hemisphere, a TR that I will hopefully document this weekend.
As mentioned previously we are off to Riga for the 2nd May Bank holiday weekend so hopefully Riga won't be so grey by then. Don't think that we will be trying the tasting menu as it's all a bit too much faff for my simple tastes and not enough Gaviscon/Bisodol in the world.
