SQ J on 747?

I don't have a TR to post, but have a TR to ask. Any TR's from recent SQ J on 747? All the ones I have found are for F or on A380 or both. Wondering if anyone in the FT community has a link at hand. thanks

Actually, I have searched quite a lot to no avail, hence the post.

If you've nothing constructive to say, why bother wasting your time posting???

You would probably get a better reception if you were to post questions about SQ 747/Spacebed C and the overall experience in the SQ forum, as opposed to posting a question in a forum dedicated to trip reports (as opposed to asking and answering questions about a particular airline).

Also, FT's search engine isn't so great. Use Google instead, like so:

http://lmgtfy.com/?q=sq+747+C+site%3Aflyertalk.com

Google is usually a good place to go in general if you use search terms like "singapore air 747 business class trip report" (there are other sites that will have detailed trip reports too, like airliners.net or SQTalk).

Finally, since the Spacebed's been in 747 C since 2002...

http://www.nytimes.com/2004/01/27/bu...5000-feet.html

So you might not need a terribly recent trip report to get an idea of what the hard product is like (the main difference, from my understanding, is that the few 747s still left aren't in as good a shape as newer SQ planes, plus some grumbling that the soft product's in some decline- less satays, less champagne in the lounges and so on).

Play nicely please! And thanks to those helping out a relatively new member with the intracies of a search on FT.
