Sample Fare For Promotion: Meaningless (mostly)
Is anyone else annoyed with those "Huge Fare Sale" headlines for a particular airline promotion, especially domestic, and there's always one "amazing" "from $179" example that's supposed to hook you with no reference as to the city pair that fare would belong to? Those "from" prices mean absolutely nothing. What's the point? It could refer to an LGA-EWR fare or an SFO-OAK or MIA-FLL. Whoop-te-dooooo! Give me something specific before I waste my time checking into the promotion thinking that "from" fare could actually indicate a good deal.
Anyway, just had to get that off my chest. So annoying. |
