I've never seen one, but I'm sure they're out there somewhere, right? I see lots of McD's and BK. I can stomach McD's once in a while. Most airport BK's appear too dirty and gross to be good. (I do like a clean, well-run BK if I ever find one, but too many of 'em aren't.)
With a quick Google search, I've found circumstantial evidence of Wendy's locations at SEA and CMH (big surprise). |
I see a good number of BKs and McDs... I used to be a fast food eater but have tried to get away from it. McDs is good at random times and I completely agree, a clean BK mustard Whopper is a welcome treat. ^

As one poster already mentioned, IAH has Wendy's, and also has at least one Subway (not sure if the one in terminal D is still open). IAH also has some pretty good BBQ joints (though not as good as the ones in MEM).
|
IAD has one now
A Wendy's opened up in Dulles about six months ago, in the C/D terminal. Of course, the meals cost about $1 more than at non-airport locations.

I think bringing onboard food such as that in the topic is obnoxious...in fact, any food that has a smell that one's seatmate can pickup is totally off-limits in my boook. I do not want to smell your sandwich or anything else for that matter. Eat it before the flight. If you don't have time, wait until you land, you won't die.

Glad you feel that way. Guess you expect pax to ignore the announcements that airlines make to the effect of "You're more than welcome to bring your own food on board". |
or those folks that have tight connections and have been flying most of the day? Some of us need regular meals for metabolism or diabetes :P Not that anyone with diabetes should be eating that Wendy's sandwich!

Now I want a Wendy's chicken burger with extra, extra mayo.
