Jet Lag
The effects of jet lag when traveling Americas to Middle East is just horrible for me for the first week. Oddly enough, right around 2 pm or so (local time Middle East) I hit a "wall" and have a very very hard time staying alert (even staying awake). The crazy thing about that is that its 7 am in my home time zone at that time ... I would have thought Id be in better shape at that point.
What are the best ways to minimize the effects? |

so perhaps there is no answer. after 35 years of rtw travel, i haven't figured it out, and it remains an inconsistent phenomenon. |
