Cabin Class Availability?

Is there anywhere you can Check availability in First, Business and Economy classes anymore? In detail?

There are many so-called availability tools such as expertflyer.com, KVS, ITA software, etc. A search will reveal all the differences of each. Suffice it to say they all have plusses and minuses and some may suit your needs and others may not.

I crossed the Atlantic in Cabin Class once. It was a long time ago, at zero altitude, and it took five days. I'm pretty sure that particular cabin class isn't available any more. A pity, because the food was a lot better than you get trans-Atlantic these days...
