Weight and balance standard assumptions are different for male and female passengers.

99.9% of the time this is not an issue, but there have been times when the head count by gender manages to keep one more pax from being offloaded due to payload issues.

No, the only required elements are the last name (surname) + the 1st initial of the first (given) name. Everything else is optional.

INF stands for "infant." MSTR stands for "master," which is an old, classic way to entitle young boys who are not quite ready for "mister."
