What I remember from taking the metro on weekends, it doesn't start until after 8am. Are they kidding??? See below: 7 a.m. .... but still not useful for first flights out of IAD or even DCA. |

In terms of schedule and staff, NYC MTA is a class act compared to the WMATA clowns. Some months the Washington Metro drivers cannot even manage to stop at the station platforms even on their second or third try. Still, the WMATA "cars" and stations are like BA-league in comparison to most of the NYC MTA's physical product which is more like NorthWorst-league. |

If u try to stick to that subway "schedule" ur gonna be late 90% of the time! all it takes one 1 idiot who doesnt realize their bag is blocking the door to throw that schedule off drastically! |
