LH cockpit visit
Can I visit the cockpit on a Lufthansa flight (non-US flight) nowadays? If yes, how can I make this request(just talk to the captain?). Any idea? Many thanks.

You can try, but I did recently for my daughter and they declined.... but try it

Most airlines now forbid visits to the cockpit during flight, even SQ and CX who used to love welcoming kids to the flight deck. Your best bet is prior to take-off and after landing, if the captain will spare the time. It never hurts to ask!

I always ask (on non-US carriers that is) and would say I have had about a 20% success rate post 9/11.
