Taha'a hotel

I am planning a trip to Bora-Bora and Tahaa (yeah, can't wait).

Flying to SYD from LAX to get the NZ flight to PPT on the amazing 40K Business Star Award. I know, it's a bit convoluted.

Anyway, I looked at the Relais/Chateaux

Look great, does anyone have any experience staying there?

This is a tarted-up Pearl Resort (haven't been there myself). But, I've stayed at Pearls in BOB and HUH, and they were quite nice. More info here:

Love that *A business class award - even cheaper if you're using AC (25K econ, 35K business) - one of the best rewards in the book.

Having stayed at Hotel Bora Bora several times, I would recommend staying there and sit on your terrace and look at Tahaa. Tahaa is part of a beautiful sunset from Bora Bora. This is a special and beautiful part of the world.
Tahaa or Bora Bora--enjoy. You won't be disappointed. There is nothing lovlier than the lagoon which separates these two islands.
