Huh...? Are you sure about this? Ive never had any issues in SIN with US bills, old, new or torn. The other countries I can imagine, but never in Singapore. Where did you try to change these bills?

Gaucho, I think the problem is not the size of the heads, but the provenance of the $100 bill. I guess there must have been news that there are a lot of fake 1996 C-notes.

Heck, I've got problems using c-notes in the US itself... :P
