When I visited Paris last fall, I felt the Dog Poo situation had been improved compared before. They still let the dogs poo on the sideway, but I saw sanitation workers who drove around with motorcycles and it had vacume machine attached. It seemed the vacume machine worked well to clean dog poo.

Last weekend I went to Myrtle Beach, SC. I saw a sign that said "no dogs allowed on the beach March to September".
