I've never seen this kind of plane before....

On Tuesday morning at JFK I saw a cargo 747 with a small hump, like the 100/200, but it had the winglets like on the 400. These winglets can be added on? Does Boeing produce new 744 cargo jets with the small hump? What gives?

All 747 freighters (except converted SUD models), including -400's have the 'small hump', as the stretched upper deck adds weight without providing any benefits to a freighter.
