The decision means the country's color-coded alert status will drop from orange back to yellow, the midpoint of the scale. thats nice, its yellow now.. not like I changed my daily activities regardless of the color of the alert!!
I really don't see how this change in alert affects the run of the mill Joe Schmoe? |
