For my money the Swiss have always made the best chocolate - commercially. I have had delicious chocolate from individual confectioners in France (have to say I was given some Fauchon chocolates for Christmas and they were very ordinaire). To answer the question, BA are offering Poulain chocolate 72% cocoa on some of their fights. It is delicious. Godiva? Over-rated. Leonidas. Better than nothing, but I would not pay their prices.
