ITN
good morning!
For the last 24 hours, I looked in and Itn gives me this message: Your Session Has Expired (Message # ERR NO: ENG-AM-107 ) "Every time you access this site, you are assigned a unique and encrypted session ID that expires after a set period of time. If you bookmark a page on the site and then return to it later, your session ID will not be recognized as valid. If you wish to bookmark this site, please bookmark the Home page before you login." Does anyone know what is wrong & how to correct the problem? |
It's happening to me too. I emailed ITN to ask what the problem is. Hopefully they're aware of it now. I need to check some flights today!

As of 11am EST, I still get the above error message.

I do not know what ITN is, but I have been getting that message when I try to buy tix from United's website.

I belive United uses ITN .. and I get the same error when I try to login... you'd think a big travel agency could fix a problem in under 24 hours that is not letting any of their customers login.

I haven't had any problems with ITN today. If you book mark a page AFTER logging-in the link will only be good for a couple of days, try deleting the book mark, go through the log-in process, then you can bookmark the page for use again, until the session expires.

Nope, never got a response from them, but the site is working okay again. Must have been a glitch. It sure pointed out how much I rely on the site!
