Here's the problem...

I have just booked a ticket (G'Day pass0 with Ansett and i needed to have the ticket by next tuesday. With no ticket office in Toronto, my only options were to have them courier it to me or go to a travel agent to pick it up.

I chose the courier option as the travel agent will probably charge me for it anyways. When I paid for the tickets, I was told that "she is quite certain that it's under $10". She couldn't confirm because some other agents are on the phone. I repeatly ask her before I hang up is she positive that it is $10. She said "Yes and she doesn't think it's more than $10".

Well... i received my tickets today and charges came to $14.10. While it's not over $10 by a lot. Do you think I should complain about it?

If your time is worth $8.00 per hour or less go for it.... as it will probably take a half hour to make the complaint! If not, I dont think it is a worth the effort!

I would say it is not worth your time. Plus, the agent told you they were not certain it was $10. So, I would let it go.

I wouldn't bother complaining ($4.10 CAD or USD?), but I would send a quick note suggesting that the company provide agents with accurate fee schedules for courier services.
