I've exited the back within the past few years. (I think it was on Alaska at SJC)

If you fly TAAG, when you board or disembark in Luanda there is a fair chance you may use the rear door if in economy. TAAG seems to like to use the rear door.

I know some airlines don't like using the rear door on some airframes such as B747. The rear doors on a B747 are positioned where the fuselage has more curvature and so airsteps etc can't park completely parallel and this creates a small gap. Whilst it is unlikely anyone could fall through the gap, someone might injure themselves or an item might be dropped through it. Thus, some airlines discourage use of rear doors on some airframes due to safety.
