Having men's and women's rest rooms is insensitive. It assumes nobody is LGBTQ. Having a lesbian using the women's rest room is no different from a straight man (in disguise so as not to freak out the women) using the women's restroom.

However, our society or laws allow this. The solution is unisex rest rooms with one stall so only one customer or guest uses it at a time.
