My apologies if there is already a similar thread...I did a quick search and found nada.

Korean Airlines provided an enjoyable flight for me - albeit in economy and no macadamia nuts were involved :p

1) Singapore.
+ Great service. And, yes, the uniforms with the legs popping out as they walk.
- Cost and schedule. Hard to get where I'm going. Cancelled Lifetime Solitaire.

2) Cathay.
+ Great service. Cost is reasonable
- Terrible schedules for where I travel. Worthless FF program for me.

3) United
+ Cost is reasonable. Schedules are perfect for where I travel. I like FF program.
- Service is average. Cancelled Bangkok.

AA and DL lost me years ago. Don't know what they are like now. But they were so bad in the 90s I haven't been back.

Turkish.

Good inflight service, great lounge at IST, convenient connections to most places I need to go, reasonable prices, high op-up stats

CX for Asian travel, however only if I'm in F. I like LX Business Class for Trans Atlantic, although the Zurich lounges are pretty disappointing.

Cathay. Why? Because they are the best.

Thai for their attentiveness and attitude. I've flown on CX F and OZ F, and F on most if not all American airlines, but nothing compares. Looking forward to SQ and JL F for the first time in two months.

I find TG Business Class to be one of the worst in the industry. BKK lounge is terrible, spa is great. Inflight catering is borderline coach. I also find the service to be pretty bad.

Wow! TG F lounge in BKK is great. I'll grant you that regional inflight service sucks. TPAC is much better.

I can't speak on TG J, because I've never flown it, but F is good. I find the service to be wonderful, albeit I've only flown on TG international flights.

CX, LH, NZ, and MH internationally. BA is erratic and I've had some bad service experiences on KE.

For domestic US flights I favor the insurgents now: AS, VX, and B6.

I flew United last summer SEA-NRT,booked through an on-line travel agent. The travel agency was so frustrating to deal with(Indian call centre reps) that I decided to deal directly with United directly(despite being told by the agents not to). What a breathe of fresh air!United kindly changed my flight times....twice,including to an earlier day from SEA,both for no charge(should have been as per travel agent's website conditions). Flights were on time and service was good. The experience has made United my favourite US airline....for the meantime.
