HUACA Same Agent
What do you guys usually do when you HUACA and get the same agent answering the second time? I got that again and it was super awkward.

I had it happen once too when I did the immediate hang up and call again. Luckily, the agent had a very distinctive voice and I was able to do the quick hang up before he even finished his greeting. I waited about an hour to try again, with much better success.

Most FT members active in the UA forum praise the agents in the Honolulu call center as the best in the company. Wonder if the OP had a less than excellent experience with one.
