I like to keep them. When it gets out of hand, I let the boring ones go. Although I always take a photo before passing them through a shredder. ;)

Apparently none of commented need to submit 'original' BPs for the expense reports. For my travel policy this is a requirement, however I do check in electronically and keep PDF versions. 'Original' paper versions are printed at the airport.

I've kept all of mine. Pretty much just for grins and giggles. Use ticket jackets to hold them. Also save electronic copies on my computer.

Do you ever have trouble? I heard horror stories from too many people who has issues with them, but that was a couple years ago.

I keep printed boarding passes and ticket jackets for the carriers that still have them from memorable flights or as part of an expense report.

Nope, and that's over multiple airlines in multiple countries. In general, I think airlines are doing well at catching up on technology.

Ticket jackets... now that's going back a while. Can't remember when I last got one of them.

Indeed. Used to use the gold UA ticket jackets (now that's been a while ). Have gotten AA ticket jackets that aren't particularly fancy fairly frequently over the past year.

since implementation of electronic bp - that requirement has been relaxed for us.

i take a snapshot with phone when the bp is received. and a higher def scan when i return from the trip.

I keep all sorts of crap - including boarding passes - from my travels as souvenirs but.....ummmmm...what kind of fancy boarding passes are you all talking about?
A heck of alot of the boarding passes that I do/did not print at home fade very badly over the years.

I keep all of mine, I have several binders and I staple them to pages, whole punch them, then put them in. When I get worried they'll tear the BP, I'll go to a gate agent and say something like "I think I left my BP at the security checkpoint, could you reprint it for me?". They always do.

I use the stubs as bookmarks.
