Kindle, trashy paperback books or trashy magazines I get at the airport, music with noise-isolating headphones (which do NOT cover the sound of loud people, they just make it harder for everyone else to hear your music), the puzzles in the back of the in-flight magazine, whining to my travel companions ;)

If I don't fall asleep, I read the in-flight magazine until I do fall asleep. Works every time. :)

Watch a movie or read a book on my ASUS tablet. Take pictures of video of the landing or take off.

Can I ask a stupid question? I have an iPad but not sure how I would use it for IFE? I have Netflix streaming at home. Can I download movies on a Netflix app on my iPad for later viewing? Would a fully charged battery even last that long? Just looking for suggestions.
